What you buy

A personalized, printable digital file (PDF): a letter plus a matching certificate and report, as described on the product page. Nothing is shipped. Prices are in US dollars and include everything; your bank may add currency fees.

How the letter is made

We designed the pages. The letter text is drafted with the help of AI using only the details you enter. Please check the details you type. The letter is a playful piece of family magic, not a statement of fact.

Delivery

Your letter is created right after payment and shown on the delivery page. We also email you a link that works for 30 days.

Changes and refunds

• Want a word or detail changed? Email us within 14 days and we will fix it for free.
• If something is wrong and we can't fix it, we refund you in full.
• If the letter was never delivered because of a technical problem, we refund you in full.

Because the letter is personalized digital content delivered right away at your request, it can't be returned once it has been delivered. EU customers: by ordering you agree that delivery starts immediately and that the 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the letter is delivered. Your rights for faulty content are not affected.

Fair use

The letter is for your family's personal use. Please don't resell our designs.

These terms are governed by Estonian law. This does not take away any consumer protection you have under the law of the country where you live.
